How do I change my personal details in my profile? |

You cannot change your age, and name after signup but any other personal details can be edited including your password from your “My Account” page. You may edit or add information for the following categories from your “My Profile” page: My Stats (a blurb about you), favorite sports, favorite sports venue, favorite sports moment, favorite mascot, favorite jersey number, sports you play and favorite video game. Once you hit the submit button your changes will be effective immediately. These categories can be edited as many times as you like. |

How do I manage my teams on my profile page? |

You can have 5 teams on your profile at all times. You can change these teams at any time by using the edit function in the teams box on you're my profile page or you can edit this from your home page after you have logged into Fanpage. If your profile already has 5 teams you must delete one of the teams before adding a new team. All team logos have links to your teams stats page with player stats, schedule and rosters. |

How can I add my favorite players on my profile page? |

You can have up to 5 favorite players on your profile page. You can add and edit directly from your profile page. Once you have selected the league and the team the player is from you must upload your own player pictures. It is your responsibility to make sure the pictures are not copyright protected as Fanpage is not responsible for these pictures. |

How can I decide who is allowed to write in my playbook? |

By default only people who are on your friends or rivals list can write messages in your playbook. If you like you can allow all members of Fanpage to write on your playbook by selecting the option on you're my privacy page. |

Go to the “Edit my photo” link below your picture on your “My Profile” page. You can upload a new default photo and save it. DO NOT upload photos containing nudity, sexually explicit content, violent or offensive material. |

You can search for friends/rivals through the search and advanced search function that are visible on every page of the website. You can search for friends/rivals by name, e-mail, city, country, team names and even player names, |

You must request a user to add you as a friend or rival. The member you have requested will be notified and it is up to them if they chose to add you to their friends/rivals list. You can have as many friends/rivals as you please and you have the chance to move friends to your rivals list and vice versa. |

How do I upload pictures to my album? |

You can keep photo albums on Fanpage to share with your friends/rivals, to the rest of the site or keep them private. Go to “My Albums” and create a new album there. The pictures cannot exceed 500kb each and preferably be in .jpeg format. If you are having trouble with uploading the images you can always e-mail us at support@fanpage.com |

Yes! You can go to your “My Albums” page and click on an album. There you will see an option to edit album details where you can change description as well as privacy settings for your album. |

What is a group? |

A group is a collection of people that have similar interests or passions. A group can be formed to support a team, a player, a sport, or just about anything. You can search for groups through the My Groups page after you have logged in. Once you have a group you have a wall where you can chat with other members of the group and you can also use groups to play NFL football pools with members of your group. |

Anyone can start a group. Pick a name for your group and then pick a catchy short description about what your group will be all about. You also can set a category the group is in which will be searchable from you're My Groups page. |

If a group is set to public anyone can join it. If the group is set to private then you must request the owner of the group to be added to the group. When creating a group you can chose for Fanpage to send an invite to the group to all your friends and rivals. |

Events on Fanpage let you set up local or online events open to the public or to only your friends and rivals. You can set up a basketball game with people from your local area or even set up online vide game tournament through the events feature. You can search for events based on different categories through the search feature on your “My Events” page. |

You have the option to show only certain types of public events on your “My Events” page and you can control this from your my privacy settings. If you want to see all types of public events just check all the categories. |

At this time when you send an invite to an event to your friends it will send to your friends and rivals in the future we hope to have the option to keep these two groups of people separate. |

Your blog URL will always be http://www.fanpage.com/Blogs/yourblogname . When setting up for the first time make sure you create a blog name you like as this will be a permanent URL for your blog and can be accessed without being logged into the site. You can give this URL to friends and they can leave comments without being logged in. |

Can I put videos and pictures in my blog? |

Yes you can add pictures by uploading them or embedding them with html code. You can also insert videos in your blog by switching your blog editing mode to html to insert the code provided by an external site. In the future we hope to have the option for video hosting on Fanpage but for now feel free to embed videos from other sites like youtube. All pictures and videos uploaded are the responsibility of the user and you must be aware of copyright materials. |
